Adolfo Rubinstein es director del Centro de Implementaci\u00f3n e Innovaci\u00f3n en Pol\u00edticas de Salud (CIIPS) del IECS. M\u00e9dico egresado de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), posee una Maestr\u00eda en Epidemiolog\u00eda Cl\u00ednica de Harvard y un DrPH en Salud P\u00fablica de la UBA. Su trayectoria incluye haber sido Viceministro y luego Ministro Nacional de Salud en Argentina. Adem\u00e1s, fund\u00f3 y dirigi\u00f3 el Instituto de Efectividad Cl\u00ednica y Sanitaria (IECS). Su experiencia abarca la reforma sanitaria, la investigaci\u00f3n en servicios de salud y las evaluaciones econ\u00f3micas.
